❓Why did Trump adopt not only $BTC but also other altcoins as strategic assets? Thoughts
Early today, Trump announced that he would adopt not only Bitcoin but also Ethereum, Solana, Ripple, and Ada as a strategic asset in the United States.
Here, many coin investors have questions.
Bitcoin OK Ethereum…? OK, but why did you adopt other coins as strategic assets?
Here’s what I think.
‘Trump Wants Strong Liquidity’
As you all know, Trump values the price of the asset market very much, the biggest factor in determining this price is liquidity, so he’s been asking the FED to cut interest rates continuously, but the FED has come up with the answer of freezing interest rates.
Trump is in trouble.
“How can we supply liquidity to the market without stimulating inflation?”
After a long thought, he answers that the government should increase individuals’ participation in the market by giving credibility to assets.
And his first move was an order to establish the first sovereign wealth fund in the United States. However, due to the nature of stocks already in the system, it is difficult to supply liquidity in a short period of time.
So how can we increase liquidity without a relatively complicated procedure? = Adopting Altcoin’s Strategic Assets!
If only bitcoin is adopted as a strategic asset and stabilized, individuals are more likely to move bitcoin to their personal wallets and store it for 1,000,000 years rather than short-term trading. Bitcoin’s price will rise endlessly, but liquidity in other assets will dry up relatively.
So I think Trump has also adopted altcoins as a strategic asset to serve as a buffer for that transition, even as he prepares for new finance with bitcoin.
✅ Conclusion: Trump wants to have everything. Both true strategic assets and abundant liquidity.
