1. Model X Fire, December 9, 2020

• After a car accident at an apartment in Yongsan-gu, Seoul
• President Yoon Seok-ryul is known to be a friend of President Yoon Seok-ryul
• The chauffeur caused an accident due to a mistake in the pedal
• a fire caused by a 90km/h collision
• Not a vehicle (BMS) and its own high voltage battery problem

1. February 22, 2022, Model 3 fire

• Parking occurs in the ground parking lot of Oryu-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul
• Cause of electrical factors of external electronic devices such as auto-prunk, cooling sheet, black box, etc
• Vehicle (BMS) and ruler
  Body high voltage battery not an issue

• Fire broke out while parking at Tesla Service Center in Seongsu-dong, Seoul

• A fire broke out after colliding with the guardrail of the median divider while running on National Route 1 in Sojeong-myeon, Sejong-si, and colliding with an SUV on the opposite road
• Cause of impact from a major traffic accident
• Not a vehicle (BMS) and its own high voltage battery problem

• Fire broke out while driving on a road in Deokjin-gu, Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do
• Cause of the electrical factor of the black box auxiliary battery
• Not a vehicle (BMS) and its own high voltage battery problem

1. 16 August 2024, Model X Fire (under investigation)

• Parking occurs in the street parking lot in Giheung-gu, Yongin-si
• currently under investigation
• Check recent operation abnormalities on air conditioning and coolant (not repaired)

To sum up the six fire accidents,

• Cause of external electronic equipment: 3 cases
• External impact (perforated): 1 case
