The three major indexes ended mixed today, showing some potential for a recovery in investor sentiment, but they look more negative in that buying was completely pushed back by a strong sell-off just before the market closed.

In particular, Nvidia, which led the previous day’s sell-off, was very dynamic, with a whopping 7% rise during the day, but it was completely behind after 2 o’clock, showing a 13% volatility in daily fluctuations alone.

Wall Street still recognizes the drop as a temporary correction and sees it as a good buying opportunity.

Of course, it’s a big possibility. However, given that investor sentiment in AI has taken a significant hit this time, it seems like a wiser option now to wait for a solid trend of waiting and seeing the situation rather than an active buyout.

BofA has released some very important data showing investor sentiment since August. Since the early August crash, individuals have consistent with selling over the past four weeks without buying at all during the market’s recovery.

This means that individuals who have been bitten at the high point have pressed the sell-off button, with the stock price recovering to make up for the loss. With that recovery, FOMO may well be triggered, but it wasn’t.

The institution, on the other hand, began robbing the volume it had bought two weeks ago after a sharp drop in early August. The stock surged on light trading volume, but it used it as an opportunity to take a profit. Eventually, as September began, the stock began to reflect that.

The problem is that investor sentiment among institutions and individuals has been hit so hard. Given that the September seasonality is particularly bad ahead of the presidential election, the market is likely to remain volatile over the next two months.

Although the employment report may create the possibility of a turnaround, it cannot be ruled out that there is a possibility that it may be recognized as “Jㄹ” even if it comes out well or not in a situation where the commitment itself has deteriorated.
