  1. The main role of the school, I (= Takashi Saito), is to “help a student who knows nothing about the process and principle of mastering something in a universal form.”
  2. (And) once you have mastered the art of reaching the level of mastery in any field, you can work with confidence in unfamiliar things, which eventually leads to success.
  3. If you’re not sure you’ll master it one day, you can’t endure a tedious repetitive practice period and easily get frustrated and give up.
  4. (In other words, whether you have mastered something or not, and whether you know the basic principles of mastery, is consistent or easy to give up.)
  5. Then, what is the universal principle of mastery? Of course, there are various answers to this question, but I believe the universal principle of mastery is to build your own style by using the three forces that strengthen the basics. And the three fundamental forces are imitation, execution, and summary.
  6. It is the universal principle of mastery that I develop and use these three powers to find a way that suits me, and to complete my own style by appropriately combining my experiences and specialties.
  7. The driving force behind mastery (and though people overlook it) is ‘admiration’. (In other words, finding an object that one truly admires and admires, this is where mastery begins.)
  8. If you don’t have a desire to do well (in other words), you can’t experience the pleasure of being good at something itself, without the will to do well.
  9. When the longing heart takes root, the desire to achieve the level of mastery naturally springs up. In other words, longing and will determine the size of one’s bowl.
  10. Then, how to evoke the longing? How can I meet an object that is full of surprise, emotion, and fullness? It is the role of education to think about and present this.
  11. And admiration arises in response to the attractiveness and powerful energy of the object. In that sense, if you find yourself admiring or attracted to an object (to the extent that you want to imitate it), you have already opened the door to your path to mastery.
  12. (In summary, mastery is the process of finding objects you admire and admire to the extent that you want to imitate them, copying or learning the method, identifying and summarizing the core of your thoughts in the process, and creating your own style by practicing them.)
  13. (Therefore, if you have no respect, no capacity to summarize, or no ability to execute, no matter how talented you are, you cannot reach the level of mastery.)
