   Amazon-owned Zoox has unveiled a fully driverless robotaxi. Services will begin soon in Las Vegas, and it has received U.S. road exceptions from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). The vehicle has a “non-compliant” design with no steering-wheel-and-rear mirrors.
