Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) CEO Elon Musk revealed on Friday that the company is working on developing a new feature to autonomously identify and park vehicle-enabled parking spaces.

What is it? Musk explained that the upcoming feature will allow the vehicle to park autonomously in its chosen location as long as the driver recognizes the available parking space and makes a choice when leaving the vehicle.

Musk shared this information in response to an observation by a Tesla avid fan about how limited 360-degree panoramic views are in a world where self-driving is run with minimal human supervision, which may be an indication of Tesla’s full self-driving capabilities.
