If you do three… You can increase it by accumulating sales like this.

In the case of consulting and knowledge services..
Until there is some awareness, it is very difficult to maintain a steady cash flow.
A professor I know runs a lab under his name..
I shouldn’t have done that and said it’s pathetic… I dried it.
You said you’d think it’d be possible to some extent if it was my name, but sales plummeted after the opening of the store..
Moreover, the cost of maintaining the lab is very high compared to other industries because the labor cost and equipment cost are high, so this is very difficult to afford.
In the end, we have no choice but to turn to the knowledge industry..
If you reduce labor costs to reduce maintenance costs, you can’t produce steady quality because the results remain the same at the labor cost level. It is difficult to generate sustainable profits.

Anyway, after a decade of research, I’ve come to a conclusion..

Last year, the 11th year, we wanted to make steady sales and cash flow by releasing products, but the products that should be released in the summer came out in November..
The beginning of the year has become very difficult.

But there are two products..
Naver Smart Store is up one notch from seed grade to sprout grade.
We need to increase the number of items to become a power seller..
So I’m preparing some new products now.
Last year I was out of my mind, and the staff are as well, so I’m just wondering if the release was late.. This year, I’ve done it once last year, so it’s going a little fast.
Two or three more products will be released by summer.
I’m very busy these days because I’m traveling all over the country to find out where to sell.
Like a fool, I’ve been relaxed, saying that if there’s no seller, I’ll make one and look for a seller. Eventually, when the expiration date is over, you have to throw it away or make up for it… You owe it and make up for it. If you repeat this, you’re doomed.

The business model I originally thought of, the technology transaction-based business…
We have to invest in R&D until something really great comes out.
Until then, we can barely overcome the success story only when we have enough funds to endure.
That’s why you keep IR and collecting investments, saying it’s the best technology in the world. If you don’t save money, you’re doomed. And when you get paid, you overdo it to get paid, but if you don’t make that technology, it ends up being a fraud…

From experience, the business approach seems to be completely different from consulting and manufacturing.

Korea was originally focused on manufacturing, but..
Recently, the government has established a research institute company system to foster high value-added industries because it is a knowledge service industry and supports this and that..
As if to foster this manufacturing industry, sales are high and growth is high except for a few star companies.
Many research institute companies do not have much higher annual sales than urban restaurants and convenience stores.
But you have to spend hundreds of millions to billions of dollars a year on research.

Earlier this year, I applied for a heavy vacuum to secure some cash..
CEO, I think it will be difficult to borrow because you have a long business history and don’t have a lot of sales.
As far as I know, this is not a small amount of sales among research institute companies..
In addition, the older the knowledge service industry, the more valuable it is. The growth engine is as high as the recognition..
Why are you ignoring this and evaluating the manufacturing industry? Oh, no.

There are people here and there who help me, so I think I can still hold on.
To live independently without relying on acquaintances..
You have to sell goods unconditionally.
In the past, there were cases where if I tried hard to sell 30 million won, I would leave only 1 to 2 million won, but I couldn’t buy it because I didn’t get paid, so I quit..
Now, I think it’s a misconception, and it’s unconditionally focused on product sales.
Even technology-oriented companies can’t raise a lot of money from technology sales. You just have to sell products. That’s what I did.
