Article 4. Modernization of federal technology and software to maximize efficiency and productivity.
(a) USDS administrators should launch software modernization initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of government-wide software, network infrastructure, and information technology (IT) systems.
Above all, USDS managers work with the head of the agency
Promote interoperability between institutional networks and systems,
Ensure data integrity and facilitate responsible data collection and synchronization.
(b) The Director of the Agency works with the USDS Administrator
by taking all necessary measures in accordance with the law as much as possible
Ensure that USDS has complete and fast access to all non-secret institutional records, software systems, and IT systems.
USDS must adhere to strict data protection standards.
(c) This executive order is designed to ensure that the USDS
