  1. Charles Schwab Announces ‘Prospect’ Of Musk’s 2025 CEO Performance Compensation
    Investment manager Charles Schwab has officially announced that he will vote in favor of Elon Musk’s 2025 Performance Award Plan.
    Schwab voted against both 2018 and 2024 similar compensation proposals, but changed its stance this time. “The compensation proposals are in the interests of both management and shareholders, and are determined by a systemic approach to protecting and promoting shareholder value,” Schwab stressed. It also added that it applied its own internal guidelines without relying on recommendations from Glass Lewis or ISS.

    Elon Musk said he will start mass production of Tesla’s next-generation AI5 chip in 2027, and will start small production in 2026. “AI6 uses the same plant (fab), but it will improve performance by about twice, and we are aiming for mass production of AI6 by mid-2028,” he continued.
    “AI7 will use other plants due to its more challenging design,” it added.

  4. Morgan Stanley Counterpoint Global Declares ‘Prospect’ Musk Compensation
    A Counterpoint Global fund under Morgan Stanley has voted in favor of Elon Musk’s 2025 CEO performance compensation plan. “Under Musk’s leadership, Tesla has built an innovative, mission-driven corporate culture and has enormous growth potential in mobility, energy and robotics,” the fund said in a statement.
    “It is in the interest of both Tesla and its shareholders that Musk has a direct stake in the company’s success, and if the company achieves its goals, it will also pay off significantly to its shareholders,” it said.
