Review of Tesla Rental (SK Rental Car) in Jeju

  1. One Pedal Drive
My husband, who’s been in an internal combustion engine for 20 years, has no sense of alienation, just gently demonstrating the acceleration and deceleration like a Tesla owner…
Even considering that my husband is already familiar with the one-pedal drive because it is Teslam, and that he has experience driving in Jeju for two nights and three days last year, it is still too easy.
  • I was worried that they would ask me to buy it when I go to Seoul, but I was also afraid to ask for it. Last weekend, I opened Excel, tapped on the bill, and reminded our current assets and vision, so it was quiet after that. 🫢
  1. Charging experience.
I couldn’t feed them the free meals provided by the accommodation because they didn’t provide a slow charger, but this seems to be a problem because SK Rent-a-Car has a standard for calculating charging fees. It’s not a complicated calculation, so it seems like we unified it with fast charging. There was no difficulty in charging, but I felt a lot of regret not being able to use a supercharger as a testlam and the weight of the fast charger is considerable, so I feel very burdened. My husband is heavy, too.
  2. Mobile experience.
It is regrettable that Tesla has not been able to experience convenient mobile experiences such as operating the air conditioner before getting in the car, as only card keys provided to open and close the car are available. I hope that the customer’s information can be linked to the Tesla app so that the mobile app can be used.
  3. OTA
Feels like it’s not updated with the latest version of software, maybe because it’s hard to manage because it’s a rental car. I’m not sure exactly…
  4. Autopilot
It’s a rainy season, so it’s a heavy rain warning day beyond a heavy rain warning. It seemed to work somewhat well even on a rainy, foggy mountain path… Of course, I don’t have much experience, so I might have used it carefully and conservatively, but it’s pretty impressive…
  5. Kaknik? Car camping?
While driving, I opened my trunk on the beach and looked at the sea, and the memories were so good. I want to try car camping.
