In yesterday’s post, I don’t know how big tech makes money from LLM, but while they’re sticking it to their products at random, there’s something that says only Nvidia is amazing.
It’s true that big techs buy GPUs like crazy, apply them to various services, but I don’t know how to make money.. is not true at all.

First of all, I’m still making good money. The growth in Microsoft’s cloud sector is attributed to Azure AI. Amazon’s AWS is similar, and Google is a little vague because it could erode the search market.
Big Tech isn’t bad for profitability on a short-term basis, but we don’t know how much better it will be in the long run. The scary thing is that I’m investing like crazy, not paying attention to immediate returns, even short-term returns aren’t that bad..

One old saying is not wrong. I’m not worried about celebrities or big tech.
The pickaxes needed in this AI gold rush will be AI-related hardware development, cloud-based AI services, and specialized data, but Big Tech is already doing this.
Nvidia is selling jeans, but big techs are selling more important mining rights and picks.

As the gold rush boom subsided, there were countless ghost villages, but we must not forget that California was developed thanks to the gold rush. The AI boom is just beginning, and even if the overheating cools down later, social and economic changes will continue.
