2. Tesla Approves Commercial Operation of Driverless Robotsaxi in Texas
   Under a new law in Texas that took effect on May 28, 2026, Tesla was officially approved for commercial operation of its driverless self-driving vehicle. Tesla began to commercialize the software installed in its robotaxi in earnest by self-authenticating it as level 4 autonomous driving.
3. Tesla slashes Model Y price and revamp lineup in India
   Tesla has cut the entry price of the Model Y in the Indian market by about 12%, and added a new premium RWD trim. Traditional long-range RWD models, on the other hand, have been excluded from the lineup. This means that the price competitiveness is even higher compared to the time it entered the Indian market in 2025.
4. SpaceX Receives $4.1 Billion Satellite Contract From U.S. Space Force
   The U.S. Space Force has signed a contract worth about $4.16 billion to SpaceX. As part of the ‘Space-Based Air Mobility Target Indicator (SB-AMTI) program, the goal is to establish a satellite group that tracks aircraft, cruising missiles, and airborne threats in real time worldwide through an orbital satellite network.
5. Blue Origin New Glenn Explodes During Static Ignition
   Blue Origin’s large projectile New Glenn exploded during a static ignition test at launch complex LC-36 ahead of its fourth mission (NG-4). Future mission schedules are likely to be inevitable.
