Tesla has filed a lawsuit against North Dakota’s ban on direct vehicle sales, calling it unfair.
In the complaint, Tesla argued that it did not fall under the definition of a “manufacturer” as stipulated by the law.
This means that the regulations are not applicable because we do not sell vehicles to franchise dealerships.
