Did Zelensky give Trump a shot on behalf of European countries?

1. Why did Zelensky do that? Did he explode in anger? Or does he have a “Plan B”? Trump threatened, “You don’t have a card,” but is it really?
2. Trump is outspoken in showing his true feelings. Both are puzzles connected with China. The end of the war in Ukraine could kill two birds with one stone.
3. Securing rare earths will allow China’s rare earth supply suspension card to be permanently banpicked. China responded to Trump’s tariff bomb in the 2010s by halting exports of rare earths. China controls 60% of the world’s rare earth reserves and more than 85% of processing capacity. Without rare earths, GPUs, electric vehicles, mobile phones, and defense/air space industries are all in a flash. Nvidia, Tesla, and Apple are dealing serious damage right now. For Trump, who is waging a trade war with China, rare earths are an essential resource.
4. Moreover, it could put pressure on China through strong ties with Russia. North Korea has already leaned heavily toward Russia, and if Russia and North Korea join hands with the U.S., China will be isolated geopolitically. This is why the U.S. objected to a resolution proposed by Ukraine at the U.N. on April 24, and China chose to abstain.
5. What if the U.S. pulls out its hands and Russia takes over Ukraine? It’s hard to imagine a scenario in which Trump, the “businessman,” steps down empty-handed. Just thinking about rare earth values.
6. What is Ukraine’s position? It will not be easy to block Russia’s offensive without Washington’s support. However, it will not be removed from the map immediately. The three Scandinavian countries (Sweden, Norway, and Finland), the Baltic countries (Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia), and Poland, which will directly border Ukraine, are actively supporting the move. Europe’s powerhouses, including the U.K., Germany and France, are also supporting the move. The gap will be filled to some extent, if not as much as the U.S. support.
7. With this presumption, I wondered if Zelensky might have given a shot to Trump, who is “gangster” on behalf of European countries. If Zelensky wasn’t a fool, he would have discussed support measures with other European countries before meeting Trump, and talked with some of them about how to respond to Trump as a “public enemy.”
8. I’ve come to assume that the “desperate” Zelensky would have agonized, prepared for meetings, and responded much harder than Trump or Vance, who are accustomed to “gabjil.”
9. Trump’s staff, who are at risk of empty hands, are likely to be running simulations now.
